Policies
Please place your catering order 3 business days in advance in order to ensure proper delivery time.
Napkins and disposable cutlery will be provided as needed depending on menu choice and guest
count.
Delivery is available to the Manhattan campus for $125.
For groups of 40 or more please contact our catering department for additional options.
All items are packaged in disposable containers. When possible, recyclable and compostable
packaging and flatware will be made available. Groups are responsible for clean-up and trash
removal.
Please let us know if any of your guests have food allergies and/or dietary restrictions; we are happy
to make a separate dish to accommodate.
Sanitation and safety are of utmost importance. Please consume all hot and cold foods within a
four-hour window.
Cancellations: For a full refund, cancellations must be in writing and confirmed 48 business hours
in advance of the event. Events will be charged in full if this cancellation deadlines are not honored.
Special consideration may be provided for weather related or natural disaster driven cancellations.
Dietary Preferences and Restrictions-Carved and Crafted by Chartwells is happy to accommodate
most dietary preferences and religious and allergy restrictions. However, if you are unsure or have
any special requests please reach out to the catering department.

Linen: Linen for seating tables, registration tables, or any other linen needs or upgrades can be
provided and will be charged to the event.
Tax Exemption: All internal Pratt Institute events are considered to be tax exempt. External groups
not associated with Pratt must provide a current certificate of Tax Exemption.
